Walking Workshops

datesSpike Archipelago is a collaborative, site-specific literature project and series of walking workshops taking place throughout Autumn 2013.

Meeting at Spike Island foyer, groups will head out on a structured walk lasting 1 hour.  The walk will be followed by writing and discussion in the Spike Island cafe.

As the project continues, writers will be encouraged to respond to the body of work being built and to develop an ongoing collaborative narrative.

Workshops are open to all and walks are gentle.  However, please note that as the workshops are taking place partly outdoors, suitable clothing is advised and the terrain, while mostly paved, may include steps, slopes and uneven ground.
